Yes, we charge for maintenance site visits, especially for MEP works. Our charges for site visit is AED 150/-. We provide you an accurate information on service and repairs reports.
If the job is awarded to us, we deduct the site visit charges from actual estimate.

Yes we do, we provide comprehensive and non comprehensive annual maintenance contracts.

Does your service carries any warranty?
Yes, we provide 3 months warranty on ur maintenance services in Dubai. However, the spares are not included in our warranty.
